Bagels with cream cheese

ingredients:
1 bagel
cream cheese

this one is a little less tricky then the eggo, but you still have to work with precision. again. set up your work station. a medium sized plate, a butter knife, and the cream cheese. make sure that the protective foil layer thing is off, for immediate access to the cream cheese.

cut your bagel in half. i usually use an electric knife to do this, but using the knife which you plan to spread the cream cheese with should work fine. put the two halves into the toaster, both facing opposite directions. put the toaster power on maximum.

be ready for them to pop up. once they do, pull them out immediately and spread the cream cheese as fast as you can. you only have about 20 seconds before the bagel becomes too cold to support the allready cold cream cheese.

then eat it! excellente! you have made a bagel!
